This page describes the application supplied for RoarWP. Hosting providers and any later services have their own data handling; those details need to be reviewed when deployment is configured.
Search and page requests
Search runs on the RoarWP server against the local content library. A search phrase is included in the URL as a q parameter. Avoid putting private information in a search query. The application does not save search queries to a separate analytics database.
The hosting service receives ordinary web requests and can process IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and technical error information. This application's source does not define the hosting provider's log retention or processing location. Those must be established with the selected provider.
Cookies and browser storage
This application includes no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, user accounts or newsletter service. Its filter and preview controls use temporary page state and do not create a cross-site tracking profile. Copying a pattern uses the browser clipboard after you select the copy action.
Fonts and displayed site assets are stored locally. Links to external documentation take you to other services, whose policies apply there.
Contact
No contact-form submissions database is included. Using the public editorial email link opens your mail application. The information you send is then processed by the email services involved. Do not send sensitive site credentials or private customer data.
Changes to this setup
Adding analytics, forms, accounts or an external service requires reviewing this notice before that feature becomes public. The application's current behavior should determine the policy. This page does not assert a particular hosting retention period or certification of legal compliance.
