Use Posts for dated entries and Pages for standing content such as About or Contact. Create the necessary pages, publish them, then connect navigation. Keep established URLs stable when you choose permalink settings.

For WordPress’s complete content controls, use the official block editor documentation and Permalinks documentation. RoarWP’s guides focus on the tasks where an extra decision or a safe sequence helps.
