Page layouts and Site Editor templates are different

RoarWP page templates are ready-to-use page layouts. WordPress Site Editor templates control structural views such as single posts, archives and 404 pages. Paste these layouts into a page's content, then choose the surrounding theme template separately.

Each layout includes one H1. Avoid a second visible page-title H1 supplied by the surrounding template. Replace sample content, images and destinations before publishing. These layouts use core blocks, require no additional CSS, and are released under CC0.

The previews render the same copied markup with a neutral WordPress-style baseline. Your theme's fonts, widths and block styles affect the final appearance. Inspect the layout's anatomy and mobile notes before copying.
