Simple business header
A compact logo-text and navigation-link arrangement for a small business. Paste into a header part and replace every example destination.
The copied blocks, shown with a neutral baseline. Your theme controls fonts and widths.
Use this layout in WordPress
- Copy the blocks and paste into an empty location in a draft page. If they appear as plain text, paste using the editor’s Code editor, then return to Visual editor.
- Replace all sample text and example.com links. Replace demo images through Media Library; remote image URLs do not create local attachments.
- Use List View to select the outer Group and inner blocks. Review colors, spacing, headings and button links.
- Preview on desktop and mobile before publishing. For a header or footer, paste into the appropriate template part.
Why the arrangement works
- A text identity sits before the links in reading order.
- A simple link group keeps the starting layout portable.
Customize the starting point
- Replace the text identity with your name or a Site Logo block.
- Replace each example.com link. These are Paragraph links, not a dynamic Navigation menu.
- For many links or a collapsible menu, replace the link paragraph with a Navigation block.
On smaller screens
Columns stack. For a longer menu, use the core Navigation block and configure Overlay visibility.
Accessibility checks
Use descriptive link text. This portable starter does not include an ARIA navigation landmark; add a Navigation block when turning it into the final site menu.
Theme defaults affect the final appearance. The live preview is rendered from the copied markup with a neutral baseline and does not promise pixel-identical results across themes.
